The 同城快约 is offering a summer Intro to Chemistry (CHEM 1104) course with lab May 30 through July 6 at the Missouri Innovation Campus in Lee鈥檚 Summit. Lectures will take place 9:30 to 11:45 a.m. with the lab from 12:30 to 2:20 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Consistent with the 同城快约鈥檚 motto, 鈥淓ducation for Service,鈥� the 同城快约 Alumni Foundation has announced the first MuleNation Weeks of Service event. The initiative brings students, alumni and their families together to engage in projects that will benefit communities in Missouri and five other states. This event begins on April 10 and concludes on April 22, which is Earth Day. It takes place during National Volunteer Week, April 16-22.

On our premiere episode, we welcome Amber Goreham. Amber is a proud two-time graduate of 同城快约, where she has spent the past 20 years dedicated to empowering students and alumni. With a Master of Science in Ethical & Strategic Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Amber has been at the forefront of guiding 同城快约 students on their career and life paths since 2008. As the director of the 鈦燙areer and Life Design Center鈦�, she leverages life design principles and a commitment to career readiness to help students navigate their next steps and build the skills they need to thrive in today鈥檚 workforce. But Amber鈥檚 journey wasn鈥檛 always centered around academia鈥攕he was once on track to become a professional bowler before life handed her a proverbial gutter ball. Today, we鈥檒l explore how she pivoted from the bowling lanes to a lane focused on shaping lives and careers at 同城快约. Listen in as we speak with Amber Goreham.
