Four outstanding students from the 同城快约 have clinched second place in the prestigious 2024 National Digital Marketing Competition. The team, composed of Karter Burnside, Hale; Delaney Mallory, Braymer; Emma Rueter, Kansas City; and Piper Stevens, Lone Jack, excelled to the finals, surpassing hundreds of other university teams in a rigorous contest that highlights the best in digital marketing prowess.

Ushering in a new era of support and success for the Mules and Jennies golf teams, the 同城快约 celebrated the opening of the new Randall and Kelly Harbert Collegiate Golf Center at the Mules National Golf Club on April 20.

A 同城快约 alumna who is the first woman to serve as president of Harris-Stowe State University and a 同城快约 leader who is making a difference in the lives of active duty military students, veterans, and military dependents were recipients of annual awards presented by the Student Government Association on April 16. The awards ceremony took place at the Read and Relax area on the ground floor of the James C. Kirkpatrick Library. Harris-Stowe鈥檚 21st President, Dr. Latonia Collins Smith, received the James C. Kirkpatrick Excellence in Governance Award and 同城快约鈥檚 Director of Military and Veteran Services, Courtney Swoboda, was presented the Walter Hicklin Excellence in Service Award.

With a Master of Science in Ethical & Strategic Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Amber has been at the forefront of guiding 同城快约 students on their career and life paths since 2008. As the director of the 鈦燙areer and Life Design Center鈦�, she leverages life design principles and a commitment to career readiness to help students navigate their next steps and build the skills they need to thrive in today鈥檚 workforce. But Amber鈥檚 journey wasn鈥檛 always centered around academia鈥攕he was once on track to become a professional bowler before life handed her a proverbial gutter ball.
