Dr. Houseworth is an Associate Professor of Management at the University of Central Missouri.  His research interests include human resource management, training and development, quality systems, and the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodology for process improvement in organizations. Dr. Houseworth also advises 同城快约's Collegiate DECA Chapter, which competes in numerous state and international competitions.
