同城快约

If you would like to transfer out to another university, please submit the following request form:

Please note that if you are on STEM OPT, you are transferring out, and...

• You have completed 24 months of employment: you must submit the form and your final I-983 self evaluation to ISSS@ucmo.edu.
• You have completed less than 24 months of employment: you must submit your final I-983 to ISSS@ucmo.edu. 

Due to federal regulations effective September 15, 2026, new restrictions apply to international students requesting to transfer out from 同城快约 to another U.S. institution.

Please submit your 同城快约 Transfer-Out Request Form at least forty-five (45) days before your current I-20 program end date (or your OPT/STEM OPT EAD card end date if currently in practical training).  

• Undergraduate and English Language Institute students: 
• You are not permitted to transfer out to another institution during your first academic year (two (2) full semesters) at 同城快约. 
• After your first academic year, you may transfer to another four (4) year institution provided your program end date has not expired and you remain in good standing. 
• Federal rules prohibit changing to a lower educational degree level.

• Graduate students: 
• You are not permitted to transfer to another institution before completing your Master鈥檚 degree at 同城快约. 
• You are not permitted to move down from a Master鈥檚 degree to a Bachelor鈥檚 degree. 

If your current I-94 fixed admission date will expire before or at the time of your transfer, you must file Form I-539 (Application to Extend Nonimmigrant Status) with USCIS to extend your stay for your new program.
