同城快约

Rachel "Rae" Clements serves as Director of Academic Affairs Operations in the Office of the Provost at the 同城快约. In this role, she supports the day-to-day operations of Academic Affairs and works with academic leaders across the university on budget and resource planning, faculty administration, classroom utilization and course scheduling, administrative processes, and decision support. She regularly analyzes data and policies, solves operational problems, and improves the processes that support 同城快约's colleges, departments, faculty, and staff.

Rae also provides training and resources throughout Academic Affairs. She created Office Professionals University (OPU), a professional development program designed to strengthen institutional knowledge, collaboration, and connections among the university's office professionals and administrative assistants.

A three-time 同城快约 graduate, Rae has been professionally employed at 同城快约 since 2014 and has been part of the university community since 1999. She also teaches as an adjunct instructor and is actively involved in university service, including committees focused on policy, operations, and shared governance. Her service has included leadership with Staff Council, participation in grant-funded educational projects, and advising Prism, 同城快约's LGBTQIA+ student organization.
